We are looking for an engineer who likes to build whole things. At Reform you work on products that real people use, such as web TV, municipal portals, retail systems and AI tools, and you are part of the conversation from the first idea to the day it runs in production.
You do not need to know everything we use. You need to be curious, careful and willing to ship. We teach the rest, and we expect you to teach us something too.
The environment
Most of our work runs on Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL and Docker. Around that we use Next.js, Flutter and React Native for apps, Unity for 3D and AR, WordPress and TYPO3 for public sites, and tool-using AI agents for document and mail workflows.
