On 23 November 2026 we turn twenty. We started in Skopje in 2006 and we are still here, still building, and still looking after what we built.

Some of the road
- 2006
Reform starts in Skopje
A small Flash studio working with agencies and brands. One person, one stubborn question, and a promise to build things that keep working after launch.
- 2009
Campaigns and public websites
Banners, animations and Facebook applications for a telecom brand, and the first websites for public bodies and the United Nations office in Skopje.
- 2012
City Mall and Sava Tours
Two relationships that have lasted for fourteen years. Websites, video billboards and IT support for a mall group, and holiday search with real prices and more than forty campaign pages for the travel agency.
- 2017
Price Hero for Telekom
Mobile apps for a price comparison service of Makedonski Telekom, built by a team that grew to a dozen people by 2019.
- 2019
ICS Group
Service and inspection jobs from the online order to the technician on site, with a shared calendar and a field app.
- 2020
The first Swiss clients
An augmented reality plugin for apps on Android and iOS, and from 2022 TYPO3 websites and support for Swiss companies.
- 2022
mZaednica
A civic platform that connects residents and municipalities in three languages, on the web and on phones.
- 2023
green.ch relaunch
A full relaunch of a Swiss internet provider on TYPO3 13, with eight small React apps for ordering and support.
- 2025
Swiss portals
Three well-known directories that help people find clubs, local businesses and events, with more than 33,000 associations in one of them.

Twenty years, and a new chapter
Reform becomes a forward deployed engineering partner, an engineer inside your team who builds, ships and runs the systems you depend on.
What we learned
- Staying is the business. Clients who stay for years teach us more than any single project.
- A fixed price and a fixed date build more trust than a long promise.
- Care after launch is not an extra. It is the product.
- Partners make us better. Many of our best projects came through people who trusted us first.
