Privacy notice

This is a short description of the personal data we handle through this website. It is a draft for review and must be checked by the company before use.

Who we are

The controller is Reform Solution Center DOOEL, Skopje, North Macedonia. You can reach us at dimitrije@re4m.com.

What we collect

• Project briefs. If you send a brief, we store your name, email address and the details you write, so that we can answer you.
• Job applications. If you apply, we store your name, email address, optional phone number, location, links, message and CV, so that we can consider you for work.
• Technical data. Our server keeps short-lived logs, such as the time and address of a request, to keep the site secure and running.

Why and for how long

We use briefs only to answer them, and we delete them after twenty-four months unless we start working together. We use applications only to consider you for work with us, and we delete them after twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The content management area for our team uses a sign-in cookie that is needed to keep staff signed in.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, and you can object to how we use it. Write to dimitrije@re4m.com. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia.
